Beaverlodge Craft Club is the umbrella group that supports both our Pottery and Weaving Guilds. We are located in the basement of the Cultural Center and offer bright, clean, well-equipped studio spaces to both groups. Presently we have 13 active weavers, and 10 potters but we are always open to new members. Our fees are only $70/year for an individual membership and $100/ year if you want to involve your children. Supplies are extra of course.

Our Weaving studio offers, 12 table looms of various sizes, 2, 60” flying shuttle floor looms, (1, 8 harness and 1, 4 harness) 2, 45” 8 harness looms, 4, 45” 4 harness looms. As well as all of the other equipment such as warping wheels, bobbin winders, etc. The past two years we have not offered a beginners class as such but have incorporated our new members into what we are working on. Sort of a learn as you go program. This has been very well received and we have the most members we have had over the past years. It is a great way to try weaving and produce great products without the huge expense of setting yourself up at home. More importantly it is great fun to work with the other weavers and share in their many years of experience. Presently we are meeting on Tues. mornings 9 - noon.
